Regarding the MaxCyte GT sys...Hi Lee,<BR/><BR/>Nice summary. Regarding the MaxCyte GT system, I believe it is a fluidics system which would allow greater throughput for cell transfection. Instead of placing the cell suspension in a cuvette then electroporating, the GT system using a pump to send the cells through the system to be electroporated then placed into a receiving bag. This means higher throughput with less manipulation. Not sure how well it works or how expensive it is, but it looks promising.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
